We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our city trip. One of the best aspects of our stay was the value for money. The price we paid was very reasonable considering the size and comfort of the room we stayed in. the location was ideal - a quiet neighborhood with free street parking and only a 20-minute walk to the city center and beaches. Another advantage we appreciated was the well-equipped common kitchen.
We did have some negative experiences during our stay. One of the worst aspects was the lack of attention to details.

The location near the ocean and the beautiful beaches of the area is definitely a highlight. the guesthouse is conveniently located close to the centre, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding areas. the spacious and comfortable rooms are nicely decorated, and some even have direct access to a lovely inner yard.
Some areas of the guesthouse seemed to be neglected in terms of maintenance, such as the bathroom and kitchenware. While the guesthouse lacks a few amenities such as a kettle, the attentive staff compensate for this by being responsive and promptly providing assistance.

The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, with a balcony on both the east and west side, offering stunning views. The location of the villa in a lovely residential area and its proximity to the center of Lagos made it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, having many beaches within walking distance and a large grocery store nearby was a definite plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
